Terms of Service.

The deal

You sign up, we provision AWS infrastructure for you, you push code, we deploy it. You pay us monthly. We provide best-effort uptime and reasonable support based on your plan.

Your responsibilities

Keep your account credentials secure. Don't use Lander for illegal content, malware, crypto mining, or anything that violates AWS' acceptable use policy. Don't exhaust shared resources unfairly.

Our responsibilities

We keep the service running. We don't look at your code unless you ask for support and explicitly grant access. We notify you of breaches within 72 hours.

Cancellation

Cancel any time. Your environments stay up until end of billing period, then we tear them down. You can export your data via API at any time.

Limitation of liability

Standard SaaS terms — our total liability is capped at the amount you've paid us in the prior 12 months. We don't guarantee uninterrupted service. Don't bet your company on month-one alpha software.

Disputes

Governed by California law. Disputes go to arbitration in San Francisco unless you opt out within 30 days of signup.
