Found content on a .app.lander.host subdomain or a custom domain hosted on Lander that violates our Acceptable Use Policy, infringes copyright, or threatens security? Email us — we respond within 24 business hours.

Lander complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). To file a takedown notice, email abuse@lander.host with subject line DMCA: <domain> and include:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work + URL of the infringing content
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the use is unauthorized
  4. Your contact information (email + phone)

We process DMCA notices within 24 business hours. The customer hosting the content gets notified and has 14 days to file a counter-notice. If they don't, we remove access. If they do, we restore access pending court order.

[Acceptable use violations]

Email abuse@lander.host with subject AUP: <domain>.

The following are explicitly prohibited:

  • Crypto mining, cryptojacking, or similar resource theft
  • Phishing, malware, or fraudulent payment processing
  • Distribution of CSAM, hate speech, or content otherwise illegal in the customer's jurisdiction
  • Botnet command-and-control, DDoS sources, or scraping at abusive scale
  • Spam (bulk unsolicited email, SMS pumping, etc.)

Verified AUP violations result in immediate Fargate task pause + 24h notice to the customer to remove the offending content. Repeat or severe violations result in account termination.

[Security disclosure]

Found a vulnerability in Lander itself (the platform, not customer-hosted content)? Email security@lander.host — same address as abuse for now, routed by subject. Use SECURITY: <summary> as the subject.

Coordinated disclosure please — give us 90 days to fix before public release. We don't have a bug bounty yet but we'll credit you in our security acknowledgements page once we hit 100 customers.

  • Within 1 hour — acknowledgement of receipt
  • Within 24 business hours — initial action (takedown for DMCA, content review for AUP)
  • Within 7 days — final resolution

Lander is run by a small team (currently 1 engineer). Outside business hours we may take longer. Critical security issues — those with active exploitation — get paged 24/7.
